Hi folks,
My spouse already in the US since Oct 2019 on a valid H1B visa. I could not enter on H4 earlier due to no date availability/appointment cancellation by Mumbai, India consulate because of covid19. I decided to come to the US on a valid B2 visa on 9th Dec 2020. I94 is valid till 8th June 2021.
now I want to apply for a change of status to H4. meanwhile, I have received an admit for MS program, the course will start in September 2021. how should I go about this situation?
should I change the status to H4 and then to F1. experts, please advise.
