B2 visa Sponsorship to sister-in-law & brother-in-law

I am thinking to sponsor my sister-in-law & brother-in-law to visit US. I am working here in US on H1-B and my wife is on H4.

Scenario #1: My sister-in-law works for an IT company in India and she might WFH here as well (currently she is WFH in India). My question is, whether I can sponsor her? and if yes, will it effect my situation in any way here? also will be any issues for her at Port of entry if she is bringing her work laptop?

Scenario #2: My brother-in-law works as a lecturer in India, can I sponsor him as well?
