Need new online account while applying B2 visa extension OR use existing one?

Hi There,

This is my first time applying B2 visa extension for my In-laws, I need to apply online.

As I am applying behalf of them, Do I need to create a new account with there name and submit all documents (or) can I use my account (existing one) which I used for H1 ?

Your parents must file their own extension application. If they do it online, they need their own account. An applicant can only file online for him/herself. So each of your parents will need to make an account and file separately. If they want to file together, they can file together on paper.
