Visitor Visa Extension

I have sumitted for my mom's visitor visa extension to USCIS, but they send me back bcoz she did not sign at right place in I-539 form, again we filled it correctly and send to USCIS. and it reached the USCIS office on last Monday itself and i did not get the receipt yet from USCIS . and my mom visa expiry on I-94 is on 19th Oct... Please let me know do i have to send my mom back to india or else can she still be there.... if any of you or any of you freinds/relatives came across of this situation what did they do...? As long as receipt date is before I-94 date she is fine. But in general it is very difficult to get Visitor extension of status without really genuine reasons. In case of denial, her stay beyond I-94 will be illegal, Visa will be automatically void and she will have to get a new Visa for the next time she wants to visit.
