Questions about Visitor Visa Extension

Hi,
My parents are here for the past 4 months (allowed to stay for 6 months till Jan).

We would like to extend them for another 3 months after Jan. I noticed the immihelp website says we need to file on I539 for both parents, passport copy, I-94 copy and then the cheque.

=Fees: Is it okay to pay $300 for both or should I send cheque for $600?
=Should the application be sent in priority or certified mail or just regular mail.

Please help.

1.Just pay 300 dollars only. will cover for both of them.
2.Send by the quickest mail to reach faster.
My son applied within 6 to 8 weeks before the expiry of our I 94.

One more question

Thank you for your reply.

My parents have two passport each of them.

One is expired and other one is new. The expired one has the US Visa they got 5 years ago. New one is the one they used to enter US this time (this is their second visit).

=Should I send copies of both passports?
=Should I send copies of black pages of the passport also?
