What Visa Type to selected for my Parent Renewal ?

My parents US Visa is expiring in a week and I am trying to renew it. In their Visa I see visa class as B1/B2.

In the DS160 form I see 3 options 1) B1 2) B2 3) B1/B2. Should I be selecting B2 ? since its for Medical & Toursim ? (or) Should I be selecting B1/B2 ? which is for Business & Tourism
