Regarding b2 visa when you have a h1b petition approved
I have a h1b petition approved and I have decided not to go for stamping and apply for h1b visa due to personal reasons. Now I am planning for a family vacation and have scheduled my b2 appointment. Will my approved h1b petition cause a problem or decrease my chances getting b2 visa.
