re-entry to US

Hi,
My parents have been here in the US for the past 6 months. They will be leaving next month to India.

Can they come back to US immediately after staying in India for ONE month? They will be staying with us for another six months.

They can try, but CBP is aware of such tactics. It is possible that they will be given shorter stay or denied entry on their second visit. As a rule of thumb they should spend more time outside the US than in the US.
