Filing Address

I am planning to file an extension for my in-laws, and i found that in the revised for I-539-instructions for form I-539 application to extend/change, the filing address for B2 visas(tourist) is now changed from vermont to lewisville, TX. But this information has not been updated in the immihelp website. let me know if it is correct.
