120 days after filing Extension?
Applied for a Visitor's visa extension on Nov 4 online. Received the WAC number in 2weeks. But still waiting for the decision. Online status shows "Initial Review". My Mother-in-law's return date was Jan 12th, but I read she can legally stay for 120 days. We are in that period now. Anyone been in / have a similar situation? Please advise.
