Filling up Form -1-539

I amd trying to fill up Form I-539 -Planning to extend both my in-laws.
On part 3 , Question 3 in the form - "Is this application based on a seperate petition or application to give your spouse, child or parent and extension or change of status? "
Do I need to Answer NO or Yes, Filed with this i-539?
Please help.

Separate.

The answer is no. That is for dependents like L2, H4 etc. (where extension is based on the H1 or L1 petition).
