urgent help for extension of stay
I am on a visitor status and my current date is valid uptil March 19, 2011. I am thinking of applying for the extension of stay after March 14 but before 19 b/c of my result. Also, I am getting married on March 19,2011and this date is non-negotiable? My questions are: Can I file extension of stay? What are the chances of approval? Also getting married on the date of exit with a backup of extension of stay would pose any threat to my green card application.
