H4 stamping

I am planning to send my family for stamping on next month and I just moved to US(3 weeks before).Can some one please give me details for the following.

1. Do they need to carry original petition for H4?
2. Do I need to send original I 129 and LCA?
3. If I book slot next month I may have only one pay slip. Is that enough?

-- Yes acc. to some, copy is fine acc. to me

2. Do I need to send original I 129 and LCA?
--Original was submitted to USCIS, what you or anybody has is a copy.

3. If I book slot next month I may have only one pay slip. Is that enough?
