visitor visa extension approval date question
my friends mom has 10 year visa and she visited him once in aug2003,
he applied for extension in jan 2004 before the i94 expiry date and got an approval in aug2004.
But his mom left in july 2004 itself.
My question is, on the extension of stay approval I797A approval notice it says the valid from are aug15th to sep15th 2004
Notice type: approval notice
class B2
valid from 8/15/2004 to 9/14/2004
why is it showing only one month rather than valid for another 6 months from her poe IO issued original i94 expiry date?
Is this how all extensions approvals get dated?
will there be any problems when she plans to visit again later this year?
can someone who knows or sponsors who got extension of stay approval pls respond quickly with their date ranges, thanks
