I am applying visitor visa extension for mother-in-law.Can she sign on the application (I-539) in her mother tongue(TELUGU). She signed in TELUGU on her passport. She can sign in ENGLISH too. Does USCIS compare the signatures on passport and I-539 application. If that is the case, she should sign in only TELUGU. Can you advise me on this asap.
