Hi, I have a B2 visa expiring in 2019. My current I-94 expires on september 26 2011. I applied for extension on august 8.
As i am close to expiration of my I-94
I have the following questions
1) If my status still remains pending after my i-94 expires, I read here that i can stay legally for 240 days or as long as the application is pending whichever is earlier. My question is if i leave the US after my I-94 expires but before the status of my extension application is decided, will my B2 visa be voided permanently???
