Urgent help needed - Location to submit I-539 - Dallas or CA service center?

Hi,

I am planning to submit visitor visa extension and need clarification on address where to sbumit the application and all otehr docs.

I live in WA state.

Immihelp webiste say to send the application to :
USCIS
P.O. Box 660166
Dallas, TX 75266

Where as USCIS web site has another address below based on the state I live:
USCIS California Service Center
P.O.Box 10539
Laguna Niguel, CA 92607-1053

I am confused where to send the application. Please let me know where to submit the application.

Try efiling the application. The system will automatically give you the appropriate address to send supporting documents.

Thx for the suggestion. I tried efiling but it gives warning to enter 'A number' whcih I dont know what to enter or where to find for visitors. any clue?

just an update - I got a chance to talk to CA Service Center Customer Rep and he said all B1/B2 I-539 applicants should go to Dallas no matter where you live.
