Visitor Visa Extension Advice

Hi All,

My Parents are visitng me in USA . this is their third visit. They were issued only 3 months at the JFK (they have 10 year visa) till 12 Jan 2012. Now I wanted to extend their stay till June. Originally they were planning to go in April so so they have their air tickets. But now as I am appling for their extension till June should change their tickets to June and submit for extension or do i submit as it is. Please advice.
