Hi,
I came USA on visiting visa on December 2004, I got 6months immigration till end of June, I applied H1B in April, As per INS New H1B ‘s start date is from October , From July to October I am planning to apply for B2 extension, Any problem to face to extension for my B2. Please clarify me.
