Hi All,
My Mom and Dad's Visa processing were done by my brother around 2005 and from then, both of them have visitied only 2 times once in 2008 and stayed for about 4 months and only my mom came back in 2011 and stayed for 5 months. Now I want my mom to visit me again and this time we are in need of extension for her stay to be atleast 10 months. To extend her stay can I do the necessary for applying her extension or does my brother need to do it as he was the one who produced all the documents for their Visa?
