I-539 Extention, Statement of leaving Sample
Hi,
I've sent an I-539 visa extention application and recieved a reply from the INS in which they asked me for the following document:
a statement in which you describe your intention concerning departure from the US.
I know that dealing with the INS things can easily go wrong. that is why I'm asking- please, does someone know what a statement as such should look like?
A formal sample will be appreciated truely, as I was unable to find such anywhere.
