Need Visitor visa extension help

Hi,

i have applied extension for my mother this year 2012 first time. The reason provided, she has extended family members in the east, whom she want to visit. Since we were busy, we could not take her. We are planning to take her during december Jan and supported with the return ticket during feb. He old I94 expires by october 6th. Is it safe for her to stay after the expiry.? Also we have provided only our financial document to support her. We did not provide her financial document. Is this right? What would be the percentage of approval that i can be confindent? Also is there any reasons that can cause extension to be denied? Kindly assist.

As long as her visitors visa extension is pending, she can legally stay in the U.S. until the decision is made or 240 days, whichever is earlier.

No one can predict the chances of approval. It all depends upon USCIS.
