Visitors Insurance for Mom with High BP and Hypothyroidism

Hi,

My mom will be visiting USA starting Nov 9th 2012 to April 30th 2013. She has high blood pressure and hypothyroidism, both controlled. We did a full body checkup for her recently and every thing came out normal. She is 52 years old healthy overall but slightly weak. During her visit here we will be traveling to different places within USA via flight and also do some road trips. So far I have narrowed it down to two insurance policies - Atlas and Inbound USA (Fixed plan). I would prefer a policy that would consider situations such as fluctuations in blood pressure or thyroid hormone levels, any emergency situations, general illness such as influenza or injuries. My only concern is the high price of the comprehensive plans where each is beyond $600. I am very confused any suggestions please?

Also, can you please suggest any cheap dental insurance plans.

Regarding any coverage related to pre-existing conditions:
Inbound USA - It will cover up to $5,000 if the person is admitted into the hospital due to heart attack or stroke that is due to pre-existing conditions.
Atlas America - It will cover(for people below 70 years) up to $50,000 for acute onset of pre-existing condition, something that occurs all of sudden without any prior warning and you take treatment within the next 24 hours.
