Start and End date question

Hello Insubuy,

If parents are flying out of India (to US) on the 4th of a month (after 7 pm India time), can the start date on the policy be the 4th? (To ensure they are covered from the time they start).

Is the start of the policy is based on midnight US time.

Most policies start according to U.S. Eastern Time.

If they are leaving after 7 PM India time on 4th, you can start from 4th and it will still cover during travel time, provided the plan you are purchasing has travel coverage.
