Mother in Law visiting soon

Need urgent advice. My mother in law is coming to visit us in NJ this Sunday for 5-6 months. She has just turned 70 in July this year and has diabetes. What is the best insurance policy for her and what should be max limit I should go for. I was thinking in terms of $200K-250K but I am not sure if I can get this. Please advise best option. Thanks
