How is this insurance?

My parents aged 61 are travelling to the US and I was wondering which medical insurance to choose.

I have heard of Cholamandalam General Insurance's 'travel insurance policy'. Has anybody tried this insurance?

They say that they are in tie with EUROALARM in the US as their administrator. Did anybody have any problems with them? How has their response been?

I suggest you go for a good US based insurance( like Protection America
well vouched for in this forum) as Indian companies with tieups can give you problems.

I suggest you read http://www.immihelp.com/forum/showthread.php?t=8268 and evaluate any company based on the points given there. If you feel satisfied after checking all those points, you should go for it. Else, you should go for the plans that satisfy those points, e.g., Protection America.
