For 70 yr.old, Atlas America vs. Patriot America ?

For my visiting mother 70 yrs. old, $50K Comprehensive coverage/$250 deductible for 6 months coverage.

Atlas America / Lloyds
Pros - No copay within PPO network after deductible, $50 Urgent Care
Cons - No acute onset payment (for 70+)

Patriot America / IMG
Pros - Acute onset payment of $2500 (65+) - small amount, but better than nothing, 10% lower premium
Cons - 10% copay till $5000 within PPO network after deductible (potentially $500 additional out of pocket)

Based on the forum posts, I see Atlas having paid some claims while there isn't positive posts about Patriot/IMG payments.

Any recommendations ? Quick response appreciated - need to buy in 1 day.

Ended up selecting Atlas America - their in network copays are $0 after the deductible (less paper work & cost) & also Urgent Care at $50 does not require deductible to be met. Practically, these are going to be what we are most likely to use.
