Parents visiting multiple states

Hi
My parents - Dad (79) and Mom(68) plan to visit Connecticut and Washington states for about a month each. As far as I know, no preexisting conditions however my dad has had knee replacements for both knees.
Which insurance would be recommended for them? It's ok if I have to make two different purchases for them each.
