Physical Therapy on visitor visa

Hi,

My mother is planning to visit USA for 4 months.She is presently going for P.T in India for Spondylitis.
If she wants to do P.T in USA what plan would be better?
Does the insurance cover this?

Please advise accordingly.

Unfortunately, there is no plan available anywhere that would cover an ongoing maintenance expenses for pre-existing conditions as that would be pure loss for any insurance company.
