I m thinking of buying a insurance from insubuy or atlas america etc.

My question is if anything is not covered in the insurance do i get charged less from hospitals as they are in your network or i have to pay full amount.

Parents age is 60 and 54.

if i buy usa and during travel i m assuming you will cover if they have any medical condition from India to USA.

Also if they get in any accident like car etc is that covered or for that i have to buy insurance seperately or add them on car insurance?
