Visitors Insurance for 78 years and Diabetic?

Please suggest a decent comprehensive health insurance for 78 years old and diabetic patient. He would be coming along with his prescribed medicines/insulin, but he might need medical advice once in a month or so.
He would be based out of NJ for approx. 3 months. I am looking for a plan which can cover pre-existing diseases and also the travel from india to US.

Also, could someone help me understand terms like coinsurance and deductible?
