Visitor Secure vs Visitor Cure

I want buy Health insurance for my parents. I am confused between Visitor Secure and Visitor Cure. I prefer health insurance which really covers. I read some posts where you have the insuarnce but insurance company come up with strange rules & policy, so they do not have to pay anything. Please advise which company is better.
