Insurance for my aged parents

Hello,
My parents will be in USA shortly for 6 months on visitor visa. They are aged 71 and 65 yrs old. My father is above 70. Which is the best insurance for him? What should be the max policy coverage? Is $100,000 enough?

Is their any plan which gives some free checkups for the duration?

Visitors insurance plans are not meant to cover wellness checkups. Therefore, there is no such plan.
