Medical insurance for 79 year mil

Hallo,

My MIL , an Indian citizen is 79 years old and will be traveling back and forth between the US and the UK as she has visitor visa's for both. I am trying to buy a travel medical policy that will cover both countries if possible. Also, her age and pre-existing conditions seems to be an issue. Can anyone please direct me to the best option for travel medical insurance

Unfortunately, at that age, there is really no coverage for pre-existing conditions.

She is planning on staying in the US and UK for 3 months at a time. Will that be a problem ?
