Visitor insurance for pre-existing condition (dialysis)

Hi,
Emergency hospitalization is associated with a person on dialysis due to breathlessness/infection/uneasyness etc. I am looking for an insurance that will cover the hospitalization cost that arise due to this pre-existing dialysis situation. I know that the dialysis cost will not be covered by any insurance, but is it possible to cover these uncertainties if it arises in the course of the visit? Please advice.

There is no way to tell in advance whether something that happens in future would be covered or not as it is highly case specific.
