Visitor Insurance advice for Father (72) / Mother (65)

Hi,

My parents are visiting US for 5 months. Dad - 72 years & Mother - 65.

I am planning for Comprehensive coverage of $75K - $100K.

Please advise which plan would suitable for my needs. I have read about Atlas America & Patriot - is anyone recommended over the other? Are the other plans that I have not listed here.

Atlas America covers an acute onset of pre-existing conditions up to policy maximum for people below the age of 70 years.

Therefore, I believe that it would be a good idea to buy Atlas America (65) for mother and Patriot America for father (72) .

Hi,

I am getting ready to buy the insurance today but noticed that for Patriot America there is a new Red Notice put up that says "Eff May 12, 2015, no coverage for sudden /unexpected pre-existing conditions."

Can you suggest the best alternate for my father (that may have coverage to pre-existing condition, even if it is minimum)?

Unfortunately, for 70+, practically, there is no product that would cover pre-existing conditions.
