tourist visitor med insurance to the USA

Hello! we, a family of three (husband- 40 yrs, wife-40 yrs, daughter -10 yrs) will be visiting the USA for about 35 days. None of us has any medical condition (not even hypertension, diabetes or the like).
We are looking for medical cover/insurance- for travel,stay & travel within USA. Basically to cover the eventualities- falls, slips, traumas etc during travel within the USA.
Would like to look at both- fixed and comprehensive (luggage lost, trips cancellation etc) offers.
