Need Insurance advise - on dental and pre existing condition

First of all - appreciate your quick responses on the threads.

My mom is visiting US from India for 5 months.
She has pre-existing medical condition where she is treated for High Cholesterol (she dont have existing high blood pressure or any type of heart disease) and also she had an acute issue with dental fixtures in past.

I want to mainly get advise on best insurance (if available) to cover

1) Cover any issue that may arise with cholesterol (checkups, follow up/ medication - atleast once in 2 months - total max 2 visit to keep track of health)
2) Cover dental issues that may possibly arise
3) Any onset of acute condition (previously not existing) that may involve doctor visits or checkups/ blood work/ general & acute medication coverage/ higher hospital visits

Routine check up of cholesterol or medication is not covered. We can't give any medical advice, but as a layman, I know that cholesterol check up is not required every 2 months. It is normally done once a year. Therefore, she can get it done before visiting the USA and get it done again after reaching home. Please consult her ask her to her doctor for her exact needs. In case she needs it done in the US, you will have to pay out of your pocket.
