Advise for Insurance for parents

My dad and in-laws will be visiting us to IL. I would like to know which insurance i need to take based on their condition. Please advise.

1. Dad : Age 61 : He has diabetics but he does not take insulin. He is controlling diabetics by help of pills and monitoring sugar level in blood.
2. Father In law: Age 58 : No pre existing disease.
3. Mother In law: Age 52 : Low blood pressure
