Parents from China visiting USA and Canada, need visitor international insurance

My parents came to visit me from China. They are holding the B2 visa. They arrived here 3 months ago and they will leave USA to go back to China on 11/20/2016. I want to buy the visitor medical insurance for them from now to the day they leave USA. They are staying with me in the state of Maryland, seems there are not many choices of plans that Maryland allows.

And also, we are going to travel to Canada for a week between 9/25/2016-9/30/2016. I would like to buy the insurance for that period of time as well.

Could you please suggest some plans? (my mom is 65 years old, and my dad is 72 years old).
