Insurance for mother with neurological pre existing condition

Hi,

My mom is visiting the US and I am looking to purchase health insurance for her.
She has a neurological chronic condition where she has to be on medication all the time, she started treatment 6 years ago. She has some episodes during the day when she can't move for up to an hour but once like a year ago she wasn't able to move all day and we had to get her to seek treatment in her home country.
Now that she is visiting, I am afraid she ll have another similar episode and I would like to get her an insurance that can cover that.
