Insurance while parents are in USA

Hi,

While browsing through the insurance, I came across Petersen International Medical Application for my parents visiting USA.
I am planning to take this cover when my parents are already here.
Does anyone know if we can take this insurance once they arrive here?
I don't need any cover while they are traveling since they are quite healthy.
