Inbound USA - Need Details

Hi,

My MIL is travelling to USA this weekend and we are in the process of finding insurance for her. She is 51 years old and a healthy person.

Is Inbound USA fixed type insurance would be suitable for her?

Can any of you let me know the pros and cons of it?
