Visitors Insurance for someone above 70 yrs of age

Hi,

Need help finding good Insurance for visitor above 70 yrs. All the Insurance discussion I looked here talk about Insurance for <70 yr old. What kind of pre-existing condition is covered for people who are above 70 yrs of age (71 to be precise)? I am looking for an Insurance which will cover any emergency situations in case needed for 6 months period.
Please suggest.

Anybody has personal experience with ICICI Lombard? Hopefully will not need to use it but in case any medical help needed, do they pay claims without hassle?
