Travel insurance for group of people

We need to buy insurance for a group of people. We are interested in Patriot America Plan. Can you please send me the information about the insurance and price list. And also please answer a few questions. Can we make like group insurance
1. We need insurance for 7 people (3 children (2 of them have American/Ukrainian citizenship) and 4 adults (Ukrainian citizenship)
2. Does this insurance valid only in the USA or it can be used in EU as well?
3. Is it a state insurance? How does it work? We need insurance plan when a person doesn’t need to pay herself but the insurance company gives this person a card with a balance to show in hospital to provide medical care.

1. How long do you need coverage in US and UK. USC can’t purchase Patriot America plan. It’s available only for NON USC.
2. What kind of insurance do you need for the girl who is studying in US. She must have insurance in US. We can provide coverage outside US.

Because of the different citizenship. You won’t be able to do one group application. You can do separate application for USC and Non USC. for more than 5 people group application can be possible.

They need coverage for half a year. USC (2 children) need coverage both in USA and EU (Germany particularly). What plan can you offer for them. They are minors one of them is studying in the USA.
Non USC need coverage both in USA and EU (Germany particularly) as well for half a year.
