Visitors insurance with pre-existing conditions for 70+ years

Kindly advise me whether preexisting condition is covered by the insurance company when the visitor to usa is over 70 years but below 75 years..

Dear sir
with reference to the above i would like to ask you one question.
i wish to buy either visitors care or inbound usa or guest.but iam not able to decide which one among these..if i buy visitors care which suits my pocket ,does it take care of minor things like allergies, slips or falls leave alone pre existing conditions.
2. further i am told that the attending doctor see the lock in period say 60 days prior to the date of arrival or180 days .if the persons condition is stable in this period then he will consider treatment for precondition also. is it so?kindly advise

2. Who told you this. Insurance will pay for whatever treatment medically necessary as long as it’s not pre-ex or preventive care. Pre-existing conditions are not covered. If you take heart care plus rider will cover hospitalization due to heart attack or stroke upto $2500. Pre-existing exclusion for for 3yrs. If you have manifest some medical issue within last 3yrs will be considered as pre-ex.
