Visitors insurance for US citizen

Greetings.

I would like to have this plan coverage from February 13th, 2017 through May 4th, 2017. Also, I need confirmation of what is defined as a "Home Country" in regards to a U.S. citizen living outside of the U.S. for five (5) plus years. How does the underwriter determine this with the insured has a U.S. passport, though has never been to the U.S.?

For a U.S. citizen or dual citizen your U.S. citizenship will take precedence. Your home country is the country in which your true fixed permanent residence is.
