What is the difference between comprehensive benefits and a limited medical program ?

I have seen a table of benefits/cost for a 'limited medical program' from your site. I would like to know the benefits of 'Comprehensive program' and please provide me the details of benefits and the cost.

The difference between fixed and comprehensive coverage plans is the fixed coverage plans will pay a set dollar amount for each procedure or service received. The comprehensive plans will pay at a percentage and will not have the limitation on the schedule of benefits like the fixed coverage plans.
