Travel insurance for mother-in-law visiting US

Hello there, I am looking to buy insurance for my mother-in-law who will be visiting us from India fro 6 months. I am planning to take the Patriot America insurance and had a couple of questions around it. My mother-in-law will be 69 years old on the date of arrival to the USA, but she will turn 70 during her stay here. I see that the insurance plans are different for 65+ and 70+. Could you please let me know which plan should i opt for due to this change of age in between. Thanks
