Insurance while delivering baby in USA

Hi there

My husband and I are travelling to the USA to have our baby there. We will be paying our own way in terms of the birth and regular hospital fees.

Do you offer a package that will cover her and baby for emergencies only (as we are paying for the regular costs)? For example Neonatal ICU or emergency surgery due to complications.

We do not mind taking out a policy that is 12 months.

The plans for visitors will cover any new illness or injury that occurs after the effective date of the plan. There wouldn’t be any plan on the market that will cover any medical treatment or complications for the delivery. Also, since the child will be born a US citizen then there also wouldn’t be any plans that will cover the child at birth. If you need additional assistance please feel free to contact our office.
